Return Policy

  • Rick's Heritage Saddlery offers store credit only with receipt, without a receipt customer will receive last sale price. Rick's Heritage Saddlery online orders will receive a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used or broken items after use items will not be accepted.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
