Shipping Information

What shipping company(s) are used?
UPS,and US Postal Service,unless otherwise specified.

When will I see my package?
Most customers will see their in-stock items within 5 - 10 business days. We ship all orders promptly, most in stock items will ship 24-48 hours after your order has been received. Occasionally items are not in stock, if this is the case, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of items on back-order. On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery. We do not charge your credit card until items are shipped. Shipping and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays.Customers whom request expedited shipment during a holiday or weekend should expect their package to ship the following business day. Packages will not ship on weekend days or holidays.

Alaska and Hawaii customers are responsible for all shipping charges.  If an order is going to incur extra shipping charges we will contact via e-mail or phone before shipment to inform you of actual shipping cost.

Pa residents, 6% sales tax applies to merchandise and shipping charges.

Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges will be calculated depending on your shipping address and weight of package. Exclusions include: Shipping specials we may be running or packages that are considered freight and will be charged an extra shipping charge based on weight or dimension. We will notify you prior to shipping packages that require extra shipping charges.
